Eligibility criteria for HP Skill Registry :

• The applicant must be employed or working as a migrant working in Himachal State at the beginning.
• The applicant must then have a right to remain as a resident permanent in the HP state.
• Candidates must also have at least an education in the eighth grade. Also, you need to have an official certificate from an accredited state-recognized institute or a board within HP.
